The Mission Statement

Ministering Together™ is a collaboration of national Catholic organizations which encourages dioceses, parishes and ministries of the church to partner in providing health, education, pastoral and social services.

Animated by the Gospel’s preferential option for the poor to further the caring, healing and teaching mission of Jesus, Ministering Together’s objectives are:

• to create a stronger and more unified voice for justice to enhance the health and well-being of individuals, families and communities,
• to identify Catholic leaders nationwide who model collaboration and promote networking and sharing of information and resources,
• to maximize the impact of collaborative efforts at the local level,
  
• to collaborate as national organizations in supporting the ministries of the Catholic Church.
